1. Safety First:

The safety of our students, instructors, and the public is our top priority. We expect all students to always adhere to safe driving practices. Any reckless or dangerous behavior during lessons will not be tolerated.

2. Punctuality:

We request that all students arrive on time for their scheduled lessons. If a student is late, it may affect the duration of the lesson, and the full lesson fee will still apply.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment:

Payment for lessons or packages is due in advance. We accept various forms of payment, and all payment details will be provided upon enrollment. We do not offer refunds for lessons or packages once services have been initiated.

5. Student Eligibility:

To enroll in our driving school, students must meet the minimum age and license requirements as mandated by local laws. We will verify your eligibility upon enrollment.

6. Code of Conduct:

We expect all students to treat our instructors and staff with respect and professionalism. Any form of harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

7. Progress Evaluation:

Students’ progress will be assessed periodically, and feedback will be provided to help students understand their strengths and areas for improvement. We encourage open communication with our instructors to address any concerns or questions about your progress.
